We ship domestically in the US and internationally to Canada, the UK and Australia. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping. We can ship via USPS or FedEx if you require faster shipping. Just select the appropriate option when you check out.
What's the deal with Returns?
Firstly - thank you for shopping with us! We are really grateful for your business and want you to love our products as much as we do. You may cancel an order any time before it ships. While we examine every piece before it ships, if an item is defective, we'll take it back, no question, within 30 days. Please ship it back to us and let us know the issue - and we'd be happy to replace the item or give you a store credit. We are always here to resolve any issue - email, Facebook or Instagram us! We are a small business working with other small businesses to empower low-income individuals, so please be kind and don't just change your mind - all sales (unless the item is defective) are final. We want to work with you - so please reach out to us, we'll be there for you...when the rain starts to fall!
We accept payment in USD, and we accept credit, debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. We use a secure payment gateway and we never see your credit card details. These will always be secure, and we value your security and privacy as highly as our own.
